I started my career as a full-stack developer, writing code before leading it. I moved through QA, functional analysis, and product definition before taking on program and team leadership, a path that gave me a real technical foundation: I can sit down with engineers, architects, and DevOps teams, spot where delivery risk lives, and help unblock it when execution stalls. Today I bridge product, engineering, and data, owning discovery, defining roadmaps, and driving OKRs alongside cross-functional teams, coordinating vendors, partners, and clients across the US and beyond. I'm strong in scalable architectures, AI-assisted decisioning and automation, payments orchestration, and complex vendor integrations, always working fully remote for US-based companies, embedded with their internal teams as if I were one of their own.
